MailMerger exceeds one million documents generated for clients

We were pleased to note that our document production component, MailMerger, recently passed the magic one million mark in terms of documents generated for clients.

When we first entered the market in 2008, smaller insurers and brokers used systems that typically relied on copies of Microsoft Word runnning on desktop PCs to produce automated output.  Un-surprisingly, this could be slow and limiting, particularly in regard to output options.  The alternative, used by larger companies, were enterprise products from the likes of Xerox and IBM, which insurers told us were expensive, cumbersome, and time-consuming to set up.  

MailMerger was explicitly designed to marry the convenience and ease of authoring templates using Microsoft Word, with the speed, resilience and security of using proper unattended server-side production.

Three years, and a million documents later, we can safely say this approach has been a great success. And with more business being put through MailMerger all the time, the next million should come around even more rapidly.
